This time of year, we find ourselves relying on Neem oil quite a bit. It works.
It's so safe, people use it to treat human skin ailments (but don’t ingest it!)
When applied in a 1 percent solution, neem oil is effective on powdery mildew on plants, as a repellent for mites, Aphids, Mealybugs, Scale, Whiteflies, and to treat fungi, mildews and rusts. We've also used it to treat Root-rot, Black spot, and Sooty mold.
